“HOW DO I ORDER?”

  • Browse our site to find the item(s) that you would like to purchase.
  • Select the item you want and view the details, then click ‘add to cart’
  • When you are done shopping, go to cart and proceed to check out.
  • Choose delivery option and follow the prompts to finish the order process.

  • Delivery to your door : 2 - 4 business days - R60
  • Postnet : 3 - 5 business days - R60
  • Collect from us in Johannesburg (upon agreement only)

“HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?”

We will provide you with a tracking number via email and/or on WhatsApp, then you will be able to track your order online.

 

“CAN I GET A REFUND?”

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

• ZANNOM does not offer cash refunds for items purchased and dispatched for delivery. Once you receive a tracking number, your order has been dispatched and a refund will not be issued.

 

• Zannom will accept, for exchange, items that have been received by customer incorrectly or damaged.  Send us a photo of the incorrect/damaged items via email or on WhatsApp within 24 hours from the receipt of original order. 

 

• All shipping costs for exchange because of incorrect sizes must be covered by the customer.

 • Items cannot be exchanged after 24 hours from the receipt of original order. Damaged Items must be in their original packaging when returned for exchange.

• Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and must have all accompanying tags/packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• If the item is out of stock, customer will be refunded with a store card worth the price of the damaged item.

• ZANNOM will not accept exchange/returns for  underwear, lingerie, swimwear, accessories, beauty products and SALE items.

• Please wait for online approval before sending your return/exchange. Otherwise, it will not be accepted, and no store credit will be issued.

• ZANNOM  is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen and not deliverable. Please make sure couriers are able to reach on your phone.

• Exchange will only be processed once we receive the package. 

• ZANNOM reserves the right to deny a return if any of these conditions are not met.
